FAQ
Orders
Due to shipping and post restrictions, we ask that you contact us via email or phone if you would like to order over 10x 20L containers or the equivalent in 5L containers (20 x containers). You can order as much bulk product as you like, but we will be unable to process large orders via our online store.
There are two ways you can purchase our bulk products:
Online Orders: If you plan on purchasing online, please note that you will have to use the code 'Wholesale 10' at the checkout to access our wholesale prices. A minimum spend of $200 is required when purchasing wholesale through our online store. Please contact us directly if your order exceeds ten 20L or twenty 5L containers.
Phone & Email Orders: We can also process your orders and payment via account invoicing or phone. Due to shipping restrictions, please contact us directly if your order exceeds ten 20L or twenty 5L containers. Don't hesitate to email or call us if you are interested in creating an account with us, or if you would like to discuss your order request and freight options.
Our shipping prices change based on the weight of your order. As we are sending bulk products, the cost of shipping will be different to any household range orders. If you plan on ordering over 10x 20L containers or the equivalent in 5L containers (20x), we suggest getting in contact with us directly to discuss freight options.
We partner with Castle Parcels for all courier distribution of Will&Able Bulk products. Orders placed after 10am will get collected the following day. Please allow an additional 24-48 hours for rural deliveries. They will deliver as per your instructions on your order.
We are currently working on a 'return to sender' system that will allow our bulk Will&Able bottles and containers to be upcycled.
It's super important to us that we are doing our bit for the environment, so creating a 'return to sender' initiative is our top priority.
For those in Christchurch, you can most definitely send them back/drop your empty containers to us at 21 Lodestar Ave, Wigram, 8042.
Please note our operating hours are Mon - Fri, 8am - 4pm.
Thanks so much for your support, we really appreciate it so much. Yes indeed, the best way to do this is to place 3 different orders so that they each go to a different shipping address. Then each one will get its own courier sticker for the couriers to track.
When you select 'add to cart' the website will automatically give you the option to create a recurring order. The wholesale discount is automatically added to all recurring orders. Note: If your order is over 10 x 20L containers or 20 x 5L containers, please email us at bulk@willandable.co.nz to discuss freight options (as this will be more cost-efficient than if we were to process your order online).
Due to post restrictions, we are unable to process orders over 220kg (220000 grams) via our website. We ask that you contact us via email (bulk@willandable.co.nz) or phone if you would like to order over 10 x 20L containers or the equivalent in 5L containers (20 x containers). You can order as much bulk product as you like, but we will have to process this via email or phone.
All orders are tracked. You will be sent a tracking email alert with the consignment number and details. You can click on that tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We’re so sorry if there’s been a mix up and you haven’t received your product. Castle Parcels can help you directly. Call them on 0800 422 785. Just tell them your consignment number, which will be a part of the email you received, and they’ll sort it out ASAP.

General
Although we operate like a business, we reinvest our income right back into our social mission, so one-off and regular donations make a huge difference.
Our GM Michael Toothill would love to hear from you: bulk@willandable.co.nz.
Yes. All our products are manufactured by Terry Morris’s company called Chemical Solutions. Terry follows all the rules and all their eco products are tested and certified.
Our products are certified as eco under Environmental Choice NZ.
You can find all ingredients to all of our products in the images on each product page.
All of our products are cruelty free in that they do not contain animal products and were not tested on animals.
Our 20L containers are repurposed. We take great pride in offering commercial organisations the opportunity to recycle their bulk containers with us. Our 5L containers will soon all be repurposed as well. As part of this initiative, our team collects containers from a local business, which would otherwise head to landfill. Next, we strip the labels and clean the containers for reuse. Will&Able Bulk labels are made from biodegradable sugar cane.
All Will&Able cleaning products are made at our partner Terry’s factory in Auckland. He delivers it to us in large IBC containers. When we have finished a container, we send this back up to Terry and refills it with new product. We then do the rest of bulk production at our factory in Christchurch, at Kilmarnock Enterprises.

We are a social enterprise and we are looking to make money like any business. The difference is our profits go back to support workers with disabilities and will help develop more products.
We charge about the same as other eco products.
We provide high performing products and make reordering super simple.

Your privacy is protected, we cannot see details of your payment other than what type of card was used and the last 4 digits. If your payment details auto-filled it could have been a function of your browser (sometimes browser cookies remember details) or you could have accidentally pressed something without realising it. From our end it makes no difference which payment method you use but not our site specifically.
